There is no smoking permitted throughout the property
A security deposit of £250 is required.
The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:
No damage has been done to the property or its contents
All rubbish has been disposed of and all crockery/cutlery has been cleaned
The property is vacated by 10am on the morning of departure
The management company have not been called out for any unnecessary visits
Payment:
After the booking has been secured with the security deposit 50% of the fee is due 2 calendar months before the holiday start date with the remainder being due 1 calendar month before the start date.
Cancellations:
Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the holiday date will forfeit the security deposit.
Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the holiday start date will forfeit the advance payment, the security deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations that are made within 30 days of the holiday start date will forfeit both payments, the security deposit will be returned.
Insurance:
The holiday home rental does not include holiday or personal insurance cover, it is recommended that insurance is taken out for cancellation, medical cover and personal accident cover.
Pool:
There is a pool shelter fitted to the pool, it is the renters responsibility to ensure that the pool is covered when there may be any danger of drowning to anyone, this is required by French law.
In particular, young children must not be allowed to wander unsupervised in the grounds, the balcony gate is lockable to prevent access to the garden\pool.
Please note, the pool is closed from early October until the beginning of June
Cleaning:
The apartment is cleaned in between lettings, it is however expected that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy manner, especially where the renter has a pet, a charge for any cleaning above and beyond what is normally expected will be deducted from the security deposit.
Broadband:
There is wireless broadband fitted but we cannot be held responsible for any technical problems preventing this from working or preventing your wireless devices from accessing this service (although we have found the service to be extremely reliable to date)
